
2013 OpenAFS Support Options
Secure Endpoints Inc. provides the highest quality support available for
OpenAFS on Microsoft Windows, MacOS X, Linux, and Solaris.
Bronze Level Support for OpenAFS
(US$5995 per year - Savings $1505)
- Secure Endpoints Inc. will respond to six separate incident support requests per
year
(not to exceed five hours per incident)
- Secure Endpoints Inc. will use reasonable efforts to respond to incident support
requests within one business day of receipt of request
- Secure Endpoints Inc. will work diligently on resolving the issue during normal
working hours starting from Initial Response
- Support requests come via e-mail, sent by your company's designated
customer representative.
(Maximum two representatives)
- Additional support and contract development for enhancement requests is available at $250 per hour for a minimum of 4 hours
- All source code modifications performed as part of incident resolution will be contributed to OpenAFS.org
- Registration to a private mailing list providing periodic updates on
OpenAFS development plans, a summary of recent bug reports, and access to
pre-release builds.
Silver Level Support for OpenAFS
(US$16,995 per year - Savings $9405)
As above for Bronze Level Support, plus:
- Secure Endpoints Inc. will respond to fifteen separate incident support requests per
year
(not to exceed eight hours per incident)
- Support requests can come from two additional designated customer representatives
- Additional support and contract development for enhancement requests is available at $220 per hour for a minimum of 4 hours
Gold Level Support for OpenAFS
(US$34,995 per year - Savings $19,005)
As above for Silver Level Support, plus:
- Secure Endpoints Inc. will respond to forty separate incident support requests per
year
(not to exceed ten hours per incident)
- Additional support and contract development for enhancement requests is available at $180 per hour for a minimum of 4 hours
On-call Services
(US$15,000 per year)
Enhance the Silver and Gold Support options with On-call Services.
Receive one hour response 24 hours a day in case of critical need.
Per Incident Support for OpenAFS
(US$300 per hour; minimum 4 hours or US$1200)
- Incident support is paid per incident, based on the number of hours used
in resolution
